our impact

We embed sustainability into how we operate. We strive to make our own practices more sustainable, from cycling to work and going completely paper-free, to using reusable containers and reducing single-use plastics wherever possible.

 

Beyond our agency, we create initiatives that help others live more sustainably, from social media campaigns to hands-on, environment-focused projects. We make sure our impact starts within our agency and spreads outward.

Empowering Change with Purpose

We have supported projects that sit at the intersection of visibility and impact, from work with UNHCR and refugee-made products, to initiatives focused on maritime safety. The brief is often complex. Our role is to make it clear, credible, and easy to act.
Innovation for Good

We support organisations with strong missions by shaping messaging, building campaigns, and creating content that explains what matters. The work can include press, digital, partnerships, and long-form storytelling.

We stay practical. We focus on clarity, reach, and outcomes. The point is to help the work land with the audiences who can move it forward.

Diversity & Inclusion

Aim is female-led and international by design. We value different ways of thinking, and we aim to build a working environment where people can contribute in ways that suit their strengths.

That mix improves the work. It brings broader perspective, better judgement and clearer communication, especially when projects span markets, cultures, and audiences.

Sustainability
Sustainability shapes how we operate, and who we choose to work with. We aim to reduce waste in the way we run the agency, and we support clients whose work improves outcomes for people and the planet. Internally, we keep things simple. We reduce single-use plastic, minimise printing, and choose lower-impact habits where we can. We also run two initiatives of our own, Aim Plastic Free and Aim Wild.
